”I booked two rooms for two nights I booked a month ahead of my stay. I called twice to verify my stay. I get there to find out they booked my two rooms on two different floors. When I complained about it the manger told me that it's not a guarantee to get rooms next to each other. After literally 15 minutes they were able to get me rooms next to each other and when I mention I had more kids coming because I booked for six children and only show up with two I was yelled at that there are no...

”We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....
