”Friendly staff. Taylor parking is available large parking lot behind the building. Very easy for trailer access. Has cameras. Breakfast was slim pickings very disappointing.”

”Staff was attentive, helpful and quick. This is a simple no no-nonsense motel and was better than I expected for the price. I just needed a clean quite place to stay while solo driving across the country. This was exactly what I needed.”

”The rooms were clean and efficient. However, the remodeling was going on a great majority of the hotel and the pool was not in use even though it was advertised. The food was basic but was given a small variety. I would stay again with my family because I believe when it is updated it will be a nice place.”

”This was my second time staying here and the Staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable with great a.c and the best part after working night shift was coming back for a hot breakfast before going to bed.”

”Unfortunately we had to move rooms because there were multiple roaches when we went in. The room we were moved to appeared to have not been used in a while so it was hot when we walked in. We also had to kill two brown recluses (one on the floor under air conditioner and one in the sink). There were spider webs in the corners and dead bugs on the floor. I would not stay here again.”

”Well, where do I start! First off, the fire alarm was pulled out of the wall, so it obviously didn’t work. Secondly walked into the bathroom. There was mud on the floor. Thirdly pulled down the sheets. There was a little girl’s barrette on our sheets. But the kicker was when we opened the dresser door we found 3 foot long leads with 3 inch hooks that were used to catch snapping turtles in the south in the drawers. God knows had a little kid opened those doors before we did!. Talked to the...

”Honestly I was surprised at how clean and nice it was, the room was clean and bed comfortable decently maintained with an a.c that worked, could have used a decent comfortable chair instead of the single school cafeteria type the room had. I paid for early check and when I got to the motel at 11am I was informed that they had no rooms available until 2 or 3pm so that was a waist but overall I was pleasantly surprised by how decent my stay was.”

”DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Day one, we were out of our room from 7:30am to 9pm. They picked up ALL of our towels, but did not replace ANY of them. When we went to the desk to inquire, we were told the clerk needed to call the manager. What? To get some towels (that they took). We were treated like we were thieves. We were told that they hadn’t replaced the towels because we were resting. WTH? We weren’t even in the room all day. No other room service or anything; no bed made, sweeping, nothing. Day...

”Small hotel. The room was clean and we enjoyed having the kitchen area in the king suite during our 3 night stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were tasty and a little different each morning. If we ever return to Edwardsville, we would stay here again.”
