”Our room was very clean. The halls had a mildew smell. The pool was not open, which was not an issue for us, but a lot of other guests were pretty upset about that. It’s in a great location that’s under construction, so my thought is that the current hotel will be updated soon.”

”I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter.”

I arrived with my minor children only to find that the property is completely misrepresentative of its online photos and description. The hotel advertises a clean, usable pool, but in reality, the pool is abandoned, closed off by a dirty cover, and clearly has not been maintained for years.
