Only minus is tv channels. There's no english channels. I definitely recommend this hotel!! Easy access to everywhere.”

”Staff was friendly and accommodating and helped me out when asked. Hotel services were fast, on time, and the cleaning service was immaculate. They replace anything you need in your room like emptying trash, replacing towels, and changing bed sheets if desired. The property also offers restaurants and a shopping center which helped whenever I need to buy small amenities that I had forgotten at home. ”We had a three-person family room for two adults and a 11-year old. The beds were large enough for me to sleep comfortably and I am 200 cm / 6'7". With three beds in the room, there was not much floor space and very limited space to store your clothes but apart from that everything was really good. The cleaning was excellent and the staff at the reception were very friendly and efficient. Leaving luggage in their storage room for a few days was no problem while we went to Kyoto. ”This place was just great. The rooms were big, the beds were a bit hard but not terrible. Everything you could have possibly forgot was provided in the room. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. We had a “hearth room” which included the lounge/ club. The happy hour was just okay but the breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area. ”
