”We decided to book this place because it was close to Garden of The Gods, and it was available at a great price. The view of the Ohio River was amazing. The host was friendly, and the room was clean. The only issue we had was the doorknob to the bathroom would stick, making it a little difficult to get out of the bathroom.”

”Property was misrepresented. Was supposed to be 2 bedroom 2 bath handicapped accessible with ramp. They assigned us a one room 2 bed no ramp not handicapped accessible. We called after arrival then the host did not respond to 2 phone calls and a text message. When they finally got back to us they said they were sorry they assigned the wrong cabin to us. I asked for full refund called VRBO and asked for help with this. Now Verbo wants us to fight for our refund instead of just taking care of it.”
