”It is complicated to get in. Had to ring and be guided. Nowhere to park when checking in. Not a simple relaxing check in experience. Told to specifically park in a designated car spot yet when we came back another car had parked in our spot! Annoying! Place was not what we expected at all. It’s clean but we were also looking straight at a busy roundabout of cars …. Would not go back. Was not a relaxing holiday apartment ”

”so excited when I booked this property, it was higher price than most properties in surfers Paradise Gold Coast arrived. Everything is dated carpet in the hallways ice machines didn’t work the entire time on each floor bathrooms are a combination triangular Jacuzzi shower bathtub terrible open the mini bar fridge there’s dust mold not clean at all for the price. This place should be half the price. The only thing that saves this property are the ocean views from the ocean room which we booked....
