Nauti Surfers Paradisen auringonpaisteesta tästä kauniisti esitetystä modernista huoneistosta, joka sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Surfers Paradisen keskustassa ravintoloiden, kauppojen ja supermarketien kanssa kirjaimellisesti kotiovellesi. Se voi nukkua 4 vierasta ja ylimääräinen vieras nukkui lisävuoteella

Chevron Renaissance on moderni 3 tornikompleksi, ja tällä asunnolla on lisäetu siitä, että sen aulassa on päävastaanottoalue.

- Huoneistossa on ilmastoitu ilmastointi kaikkialla, ja siihen sisältyy ilmainen maanalainen vartiointipysäköinti.
HUOM: Emme toimita uima- / rantapyyhkeitä. Suosittelemme joko pakkaamaan ne kotoa tai ostamaan rantapyyhkeet saapuessasi Surffaajien paratiisiin.

Koska nämä eivät ole huollettavia huoneistoja, toimitamme aloituspaketin, joka koostuu: teetä / kahvia / maitoa, wc-paperia, shampooa, vartalopesua, pesupussia sekä astianpesujauhetta ja saippuaa. Vieraiden odotetaan ostavan ylimääräisiä tarvikkeita tarpeen mukaan.

Rakennustilat.

Chevronin tornien Renaissance-tornit tarjoavat runsasta Surfers Paradise -majoitusta, jota täydentävät nykyaikaiset lomakohteet, jotka ovat olennainen osa ihanteellista Gold Coast -lomakokemusta.

Rannat taivaalla on massiivinen uima-allas- ja vapaa-ajan alue lomakeskuksen tasolla 5, joka yhdistää myös 3 erillistä tornia. Mukana on 600 m²: n kellomainen uima-allas, jossa on luonnollisia kivisiä paljastumia, silta ja kylpylät, joita kaikki ympäröivät valkoiset hiekkarannat. Maisemoidut subtrooppiset puutarhat tarjoavat varjon monille uima-altaan ympärillä oleville grilli- ja viihdealueille.

Suuren ruohoa ympäröivän auringonpaistamis- ja virkistysalueen (Ison Nurmikon) ulkopuolella on terveyspaviljonki, jossa on 25 metrin lämmitetty uima-allas, kylpylä, saunat, kuntosali ja vaihtopalvelut.

Muihin Chevronin renessanssin tornien lomakeskustiloihin kuuluu yksityinen teatteri vieraille, klubi-aula ja pelihuone. Torni 1: n tasolla 2 on ulkouima-allashalli ja 24 tunnin vartiointi koko rakennus- ja uima-allasalueella. Perheet ja suuret ryhmät voivat vuokrata yksityisteatterin käytön DVD-katselua varten. Klubin aula on ihanteellinen pienille kokouksille tai tapahtumille. Lapsille on 2 suurta pelihuonetta, joissa on pelilaitteita, ilmakiekko ja biljardipöytiä.

Central position, great views but wouldn’t stay again

A lot of glass(tables,coffee tables) and mirrors everywhere. I wouldn’t call it family friendly. No plastic bowls or coasters for the dining table and only one large coffee cup. Zero instructions for tv or nearby attractions/food venues. Couch isn’t comfy. And I believe is overpriced. We choose to extend our stay as we were in lockdown for 3 days, this room went from having 10 days available too booked out in 1 day. We couldn’t stay even after talking to the host, not very helpful at all. We wouldn’t stay here again! We found a room on another floor for $60 cheaper per night and couldn’t be more happier! Our new room includes Foxtel, board game, labels everywhere and an amazing and understanding host!

A few issues

Property was nice , parking was a nightmare and had to speak with security everyday about being able to get our vehicle out ( blocked in ) finally they had cars towed after 4 days and gave us a new parking spot. One lift was out for the week which at times meant up to 30 min wait to get down stairs. Tried the stair to the level two parking only to find no access from the stair well.

Great family accommodation

Have to say this is my 4th times staying at this resort and always enjoying it everything is at your door step, supermarket, chemist, restaurants... The accommodation it’s self is what the photos show exactly and your will not be disappointed... and with a family having two bathrooms was great. Picking up the keys is easy and dropping off and property manager is very easy to contact and your get a fast response Highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be back..

A nightmare to access, property manager has zero compassion! Great view though!

The same day I booked I contacted the property manager only hours after to advise of a death in the family, nothing could be done, not a cent refunded. When I attended the offsite office to where you have to go to get the keys, as you can’t get the keys at the property, there is also no parking where you have to get the keys on the Main Street of surfers, the property manager didn’t even say sorry for your loss after dealing with my situation. Once I got to the property along with already feeling overwhelmed, the entrance is a mission to find and then the parking is even harder and working out which tower you are in, the key system and finally getting into your room. There is a loud barking dog that lives next door to the room and the room stinks constantly like men’s BO and that smell hits you like a tonne of bricks as soon as you enter the room. The carpets and rugs are heavily stained and old, the lounges are the most uncomfortable lounges I’ve sat on, there is no Netflix or other options, the furniture is chipped and very dated,lamp shades in the bedroom are cracked, the mirrors had finger prints all over them when I entered, appliances extremely outdated, the air conditioning turns off every 4 hours so be prepared to set your alarm for every 4 hours during the night unless you want to wake up sweating or freezing, accessing the ammenities requires finding which tower they are on and going through the car park and onto different levels of different hotel buildings to find them. And to really top my stay off I had two men knock on my door and want to come in and check the bathroom fans, I’ve never had anyone come into my hotel room unless I’ve conplained of something not working and I’ve never had someone demand to come into my home unless I had called them myself, now wouldn’t you think that given this is a managed apartment that if there was scheduled work to be done, that the tenant at the time would be advised? Yes, that’s what I thought, so I said no. When I contacted Belinda, the property manager she got annoyed with me for not letting them in and told me that everyone knows that it’s a secure building and only people with a swipe can get onto that floor, not everyone knows that,I saw an Uber eat guy in the lift, I never lived in a high rise before, who else is staying on that floor, or visiting? Bit narrow minded! I think you will have a good stay if you think exactly like Belinda and nothing traumatic happens to you and you like maps!

Fantastic Family Get Away

What a great unit in a fantastic location. Ocean views, overlooking the pool on the 17th floor. This unit is fantastic - well maintained, clean, plenty of space and very comfortable. All that you would ever need and more for a holiday with the family. The faculties at the resort are great - indoor/outdoor pool, playground, plenty of grass for the kids, gym etc. Great access to Coles and restaurants just down stairs and a quick walk to Cavell Ave for fun and activities. We loved our stay in this unit and will definitely be back again.
