We have a strict noise policy - No loud noise or loud music after 10pm especially on the balcony (if this occurs neighbours in the past have called the police and I will have to come out and security deposit will be forfeited)

-No Parties whatsoever that’s with extra guests

- Only the number of guests in the booking are allowed in the property at any time
- No park in the neighbours yard.

- In the morning do general tidy up and place rubbish in bins at the side of the property.
