Also on this level you will find the guest powder room, and the master suite featuring a King bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite bathroom. The middle level accommodates three further bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom: one King suite, and two versatile Split King suites that can be configured as a king bed or two single beds. The ground level serves as an entertainer's sanctuary, featuring a fifth guest bedroom with a private ensuite, a mini kitchenette, bar, pool table, and laundry, opening onto a second private outdoor terrace. Other Things to Note:

Split King Configuration: Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature versatile split-king beds that can be configured as two singles upon prior request.



Groups: While our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, it is strictly designed for family stays and multi-generational groups (adults and children combined). It is not suitable for adult group bookings, parties, or large gatherings.



Guests & Parties: Strictly no parties, weddings, or large gatherings are permitted. Overnight visitors and guest numbers must match your booking; please notify us in advance of any visitors.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.

Smoking & Pets: This is a strictly smoke-free property (including outdoor areas)

Safety & Privacy: Children must be supervised at all times

Verification: A government-issued ID and completion of our check-in form are required before arrival. We require names of all guests staying. This is for verification purposes only and handled securely.

A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required for all stays. This deposit is held to cover any incidental damages or breaches of the House Rules and will be fully refunded within 7 days of your departure, subject to a successful post-stay inspection.
