Diamond Place 1 is a spacious ground floor unit located on the absolute beachfront at Tugun, step out the front door and onto the golden sands of Tugun beach.

The unit offers 2 bedrooms, master with king bed and stunning ocean views and the second bedroom has 2 king single beds.

The bright and comfortable living room offers smart TV and free Wi-Fi and opens out onto a covered beachfront patio, offering stunning ocean views and refreshing breezes.

Check the surf, whale watch in winter or just enjoy the stunning Gold Coast sunrises and sunsets, from your own private sanctuary.

There is also a lovely sunroom which can be fully enclosed with plantation shutters to ensure comfort on the rare windy day!

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need on holidays including dishwasher, cooktop, oven and microwave.

There is a full size bathroom with shower and separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There are ceiling fans in the loungeroom and second bedroom, and you can usually expect a a lovely refreshing ocean breeze in the master bedroom.

Diamond Place is a private complex set back from the road, and is only 50m from the patrolled section of the beach. The unit is walking distance to Tugun Village which hosts a selection of trendy cafes and restaurants, food store, medical centre, church and bakeries. The local tavern and surf club are also close enough to walk to, where you can also enjoy lunch and dinner including a well stocked bottle shop at the tavern.


Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
