Järjestystä yömajoitukseen
Olimme kolmatta kertaa Meritonissa täällä Gold Coastilla ja kaksi edellistä vierailua on sujunut todella hyvin. Ehkä nyt olimme liian pitkän ajan (9 päivää) niin löytyi jo negariivista arvioitavaa. Olemme eläkeläisiä ja jouduimme naapuriksi nuorisoporukalle, jolla ihan eri käsitys käyttäytymisestä hotellissa. Puhelimella ei saanut yhteyttä mihinkään, vaa jouduin menemään kerroksesta 25 alas respaan 11:n jälkeen illalla kertomaan kauheasta metelistä joka tuli pienestä huoneesta jonne koko ajan virtasi lisää väkeä (2 hengen huone) ja melu sen mukainen. Melu loppui vartiomiesten käyntiin, mutta pitäisi olla muukin keino ilmoittaa melusta kuin mennä itse ulos huoneesta. Muutenkin tämä kohde näyttää valikoituvan nuorison viikonloppuvierailujen tukikohdaksi. Ei tue minun halua tulla tänne enää. Vika voi olla myös minussa kun olen vanhanaikainen ja haluan yöpymisrauhan huoneessa josta saatan maksaa 300 dollaria yöltä.

Upea hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Lähellä raitiovaunu- ja bussipysäkkejä, joten oma auto ei ole välttämätön. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Palvelu ystävällistä. Suosittelen!

An excellent hotel with helpful staff and all the creature comforts. Property is in a perfect location close to shopping, restaurants and local events all within blocks of the hotel. Just left the car in the parking garage. Many rooms have beautiful ocean views. Highly recommend this property.

We had an excellent stay after several years following our previous stay. The property has been well maintained and has helpful staff. The lifts have improved but at peak times are still a bit slow and congested. Easy walk for restaurants…make sure you visit No Name Lane for coffee and breakfast! We’d recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed our time at Meriton Broadbeach. While our suite could have been a bit cleaner, particularly in terms of vacuuming, the staff, especially Oliver during check-in, were friendly and accommodating. Throughout our stay, requests for additional amenities were promptly met. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Pacific Fair, dining options in Broadbeach, the tram station, etc. If we visit Gold Coast again, we would certainly choose to stay here once more.

1brm apartment was very spacious and clean. Close to dining, transport and shopping centre. Checking in wasn't so great. The room wasn't ready, and we had to wait over an hour. This made it rushed for us to get ready to get to the P!NK concert. The property did give us a 11am checkout for the trouble, so that was appreciated. I would stay here again.

At check in we were served by Jake with his big smile and pleasant attitude. He took time to explain everything and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a recently refurbished suite which was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Parking was easy with 2 floors, so plenty available and at $12 per night was very affordable. Pool area was quiet and relaxing. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Broadbeach shops and restaurants and directly across the road from The Star Casino. Public transport was a mere 5-10 minute walk making everything easily accessible. This is our 2nd time visiting the hotel and we would most definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Very happy customers 😀
