House Rules

* No Parties or Loud Gatherings – This is a residential building. Noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

* Check-In: From 3:00 pm (earlier only if pre-arranged; same-day bookings may be later).

* Check-Out: 10:00 am (late check-out by prior approval; after 12:00 pm = extra night charge).

* Same-Day Bookings: Require at least 1 day’s notice to arrange housekeeping and check-in.

* Early Check-In: Guaranteed only by booking the night before.

* Starter Supplies: Essentials provided for arrival (toiletries, toilet paper, basic items) – not replenished during stay.

* Long Stays: 14–28 nights require a $300 mid-stay clean (non-negotiable). Over 28 nights = custom cleaning schedule.

* Security Deposit: Airbnb places a hold 2 days before check-in; failed payments may cancel booking.

* Pool Access: Shared with residents – please be respectful.

* Linen Care: Makeup wipes provided – please use to avoid stains.

* Parking: Free secure undercover parking on site.
