Iâm very disappointed with my experience at the Mondrian Gold Coast. I was charged twice for a single stay, which was quite costly, and I have yet to be reimbursed, despite it now being a week since I raised the issue.
Each time I call to follow up, Iâm told the refund still hasnât been processed, with no clear explanation or timeline for resolution. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating and not reflective of the high standards one would expect from a luxury hotel.
