”When we arrived we were very disappointed to learn there was a building site next door and our balcony was practically over looking it. We were not informed about this prior to our stay, unless we would have not booked here. The day we arrived the weather was very windy and the patio doors on our ocean view room were banging. We were bitterly disappointed but once we spoke to Bernice on reception we couldn’t fault the excellent customer service we received. She upgraded us to a fabulous suite...

”The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with its romantic architecture and timeless charm. The service was amazing, especially Florencia at reception, who was wonderful. The breakfast was also good, and the pool was beautiful, our girls really enjoyed playing in the sand.
Unfortunately, our family holiday was significantly affected by a film production taking place throughout our entire stay.
On the first day, we were actually excited to see the production and experience something so unusual. The...

”I love this joint. Such a family friendly resort vibe. Room was refurbed and clean. Water park and pool were clean and easy to get too. Buffet restaurant was awesome. Spent the day in Seaworld and walking back to the resort took 5 mins. The only thing is lack of dedicated parking for guests - carpark is too small. So get in quick and don’t move the car.”

”Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down
1) Lack of parking. Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays.
2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...

”Superb location in the middle of Surfers Paradise. Light tram station in 50 metres which takes you along the coast. Walking distance to all shopping and nightlife, but still nice and quiet. Supermarkets for getting your own food at 300 metres, free parking also downstairs. Great pool area with a man made beach and sunloungers. Gym was quite small and only had a few equipment, no dumbells or free weights at all.”
