Whilst the pool area is beautiful and amazing... it doesn't have much sun in the afternoon and cast in a shadow. This can't be fixed, design fault. It's also a wind tunnel. Otherwise, all good.

Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast
4 days stay at the Villa, tried to use the washing machine and dryer. Both were not cleaned and still left with previous guests’ clothes inside. The dryer with cracked door and dusty.
