”Our bed didn't seem as though it was changed? The sheets were all rumpled and there was a long dark hair in the bed when I pulled the cover back - there was also a mark on the outer cover as though something had been spilled. Bathroom was clean, shower a bit temperamental and air con noisy. Good breakfast and convenient location but disappointed in the stay.”

”It is an older property that needs an update - building and decor are very dated.”

”Everything... even the vents on the AC were immaculate. I normally have sinus issues... not there... I did my normal nostril rinse, clear... slept great. It is near a hospital so you hear sirens, but they are not horribly loud. All in all terrific place to stay, will totally stay again.”

”Clean room, friendly staff, air conditioner didn't work in our room and the tub drained slowly. The breakfast was incredible though and cheap. An $8 breakfast voucher got me a loaded breakfast burrito that was oh so delicious!!”

”Room was clean. No bed bugs. However, the window wouldn't close so I and my already nervous dog had to listen to street noises all night. Shades wouldn't close all the way, so light came through from outside. There was also an occasional very loud noise that seemed to rattle the walls. No idea where that came from. Bathroom was so tiny I could barely use the toilet and I found a used towel from the previous occupant hung behind the bathroom door, still damp somehow. Overall a poor experience....

”This hotel has been by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for a few years. It was exceptionally clean, quiet, and had the best breakfast. This will be my go to place when staying in Billings!”

”They shut the water off in the morning at 10:30 and announced to all the rooms it will come in 11/2 hours. We waited to take a shower and the water did not come for 21/2 hours. It was most frustrating because the staff told us it was prescheduled and no one told us about that when we checked in. We left without a shower, to our room in yellow stone. If we had know when the water would be shut off, we could have taken a shower earlier and left. Or if they kept their word that it would only take...

”All of the staff were very helpful, except for one of the house keepers. She was pretty rude. But other than that everyone else was pleasant”

”Both room AC were out - the main entry area smelled like spoiled milk covered up with bad perfume - the room outlets were dead and the electrical wiring in the rooms was questionable as to being legal - the toilet was round and had a very large oval seat on it, stuck out beyond the bowl by 3-4 inches - the wall AC was extremely loud - this was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at The staff were corgel and moved us into different rooms”

”Honestly, just drive to Myles City and get a hotel there. This one is disgusting and not worth the price! Smells bad, looks terrible, and definitely does NOT get cleaned properly!”
