”It is like jumping back 100years and with a very friendly and personable owner who made the stay extremely pleasant. The breakfast is excellent and well presented”

”Beautiful historic hotel, but the AC didn’t work, and the room was hot. The hotel warns you at the thermostat that the climate control isn’t great and encourages you to open windows. However, two of the three windows were bolted closed, and the third had to be propped open with a closet hangar. The beautiful antique dresser drawer mirror pointed at the ground and wasn’t useable. Lastly, we were only given decaf coffee, and the staff isn’t available in the morning until 8am to assist.”

”The owners were super friendly to my children. We stayed in the Sterling room which was like a library! My children enjoyed looking through the books. My only comment was we had no choices for breakfast and my kids wouldn't eat the breakfast. More for me though!”

”We chose Quality Inn & Suites specifically because they advertised they had a hot tub and swimming pool, but when we arrived, they said that both were broken. In the morning there was no hot water for showers. ”
