”Very lovely lodge. Log cabin feel. Tremendous view of the river and the mountains. We would stay on the first floor next time, only because we are older and have arthritis, making stairs a bit of a problem.”

”The morning after the night we stayed whilst checking the bed to make sure we had left nothing in there we found false eyelashes on the sheets, neither my husband or I wear them so they obviously hadn’t changed the bedding from other travellers. Disgusted that my husband had slept on dirty bedding we told the male desk manager who was not helpful or apologetic he implied we should have checked bed before getting in it. Call us old fashioned but one assumes paying 250a night for hotel clean...

”The property was really very nice. Exceptionally clean. Very nice looking.”

”The hotel was decently clean but so many things were NOT up to standard. The gym smelled moldy and had one kettlebell and two cardio pieces that were very old and gross. The clock wasn’t working and there was nothing to clean the equipment with. The second floor ice maker didn’t work. The plug in by the nightstand was so loose it didn’t charge anything. The shower made a screaming noise for about 5 minutes. Even the key cards looked like they’d been used 100 times and were dirty and scratched...

”Good option to stay a night”

”Rooms were not clean. Fresh Sheets and towels had stain on it. When we asked front desk about replacing sheets, they told us rhat they dont have cleaning staff on site and that we have to do it ourselves. We stayed multiple nights to every day we had to ask for shower gel as their cleaning staff wont replace the empty bottles. Will not recommend.”

”Bedsheets were not clean my son got an allergic reaction Pool was not clean and service was very bad”

”The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the linens were good quality. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it was just fan noise, no jarring noises. The scenery was awesome. My wife approved of my choice.”

”Very comfy bed. Slept well. Nice kitchenette but very poorly equipped. Great toaster but pots all very big for 2. No dishes for microwave. Glassware and mugs inadequate. (too small and too few.) Golden recycles well and I hope what we put in the bin will be recycled. They do not encourage reuse of towels like most hotels. (i.e. if you want them replaced, leave in the tub.) A note about washing dishes but they did not supply a cloth and towel! We were on the ground floor where we could park right...
