Golden Grove Hotellit

”Great hotel..”

”The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.”

”I found the staff very friendly and polite and no issues with them, but I have to say the conditions of the rooms was far below my expectations things seemed dirty and extremely run down. The curtains was dirty the remote for the control had no back the floor tiles was chipped and marked from previous damaged I did ask for my room to be cleaned again but their was a reluctant for staff to do so and told me that the dirt is from the suitcase. However that was not the case when they came to clean...

”Rooms were clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. I’d visit again”

”Hyvä palvelu ja erikoinen paikka”

”We stayed here for 5 days. we loved it, it was my kids first trip to Guyana. they felt safe. Great location good food, friendly staff 24hrs a day. will defiantly stay here again.”

”I think some more lighting would be nice in the front of the building, There was insufficient lighting around the hotel”

”Staff and hotel were both excellent.”

”Overall, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. First of all, the entire place is dirty, dusty. As I walked in, the building was still under construction and big noise ( chain saw) was heard day and night. The sheet was visibly covered with dirt and I had to ask them to replace with new one. The bottom of shower divider was covered with a thick lay of black, moldy stains Secondary, I reserved a large room with 50% more pay, however they assigned me a tiny room with single bed Mostly...

”Apartment good for my stay. Ideally located. Restaurants and groceries located within walking distance. Kitchen has a stove. Bedroom has AC unit, living room ceiling fan, gets hot in the day. Mimibuses passes through the street to downtown.”

”Great”

”I had a really good stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive.”
