Whitetooth Vista is a third floor condo offering comfortable accommodations (2 bedroom and 1 bathroom) for up to 4 guests. Enjoy stunning views of Whitetooth Range through the floor to ceiling windows in the living space and from the balcony.

This award winning condo has the highest standards of energy-efficiency and sound proofness for a peaceful and comfortable rest needed for unlimited options of adventures.

The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all you need to cook and enjoy a great meal.

Please note: the A/C is central and controlled by a building management system. This means it cannot be adjusted in the condo. While the system is maintained at 19 degrees C, the condo has large windows and may heat up depending on hours of sunshine, particularly on the warmest of summer days. We recommend using the fans provided and keeping window coverings and windows closed while the sun is above the mountains. Opening windows in the evening and overnight can assist with overnight cooling.

The whole condo (with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet) is available for your use.

I do not live on the property but am in Golden and myself or a member of our team is always available to help in person if need.

There is an outdoor locked storage at the back of the allocated parking space (#303) . Please feel free to utilize this during your stay for your sports equipment--there is a padlock and the code is the same as the condo door code.



The AC is controlled by a building management system.
Only the guests on the registration in suite overnight. Maximum 4 guests total.
No outdoor shoes to be worn in unit
No sports equipment in unit (lockable outdoor storage available for guests)
No pets - $1000 fine for violation of this policy.
No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/Cannabis to be smoked in unit/on balcony. $1000 fine for violation of policy.
No BBQ available.
Parking - 1 spot allocated for unit 303, additional vehicles MUST park on street outside complex.
