”No room cleaning. You can ask for it and the staff will tell you ok, but they lied. I don’t like being lied to. Rooms didn’t smell good even though all the rooms are non smoking. Pets are allowed and some are not very well behaved. Many of the people that stayed there also looked shady. The best thing I can think of about the place was the In-N-Out Burger drive thru only 100 feet away. First time I’ve been to In-N-Out…..WOW! Loved it!”

”If I could give no stars I would. Horrible place disgusting place couch beds have mold. Rooms smell like must or mold. Every room they changed me to had issues. They would not refund me and were very rude. ”

”We liked the clean room and the great view of the pier and the ocean. The staff was awesome and super helpful. Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel, and it provides beach amenities (surfboards and longboards, bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, games, and more). They have a really nice gym and a rock-climbing wall that we didn't use (wish we had), and we're not sure whether there's a pool. We purchased a breakfast package with our stay. ”Great location--off the 405-convenuent to Long Beach Airport, Seal Beach--spacious room ( had king w/sofa bed).Breakfast was better than average--freshly cooked eggs, sausage, potatoes & tasty salsa as well as fresh fruit that was actually ripe. Staff was helpful especially Belinda who runs the kitchen. Nice public areas. We had a plumbing issue and it was taken care of immediately, we needed more towels and they were also provided promptly.
