”A great stay. The property was clean and very comfy. We enjoed the big screen tv. Lots to do in the area, namely the Golden Sky bridge, Emerald Lake, Tekakkaw Falls and Boo the Grizzley Bear on thr Kicking Hirse Mountain. Wayne and Tracey were very welcoming and made ys feel part if the neighbourhood. ”

”Property has been remodeled inside nicely. Everything worked well was modern, clean and quiet. Host was very good about responding to any requests right away. More electrical outlets would be a much needed improvement. Not up to modern needs. Also, bedroom window needs blackout curtains or blind to block afternoon sun and heat and lights from hospital buildings behind. ”

”What a pleasant host and the rental is prefect. They made sure that every we had everything we needed from a list of grocery stores and restaurants to local activities. It is very clean and the area is perfectly located to reach all the beautiful sites in Golden. It was a wonderful place I would recommend this rental to everyone. ”

”The room was spotlessly clean, as we're the linens. It's nicely appointed. Checkin was seamless using a door code. Nice place.”

”Overall, we give this place a 5. It was very spacious and comfortable—great for a relaxing stay. However, there were a few minor issues. The fan in our room was quite noisy, which made it harder to sleep soundly. The dishwasher hadn’t been unloaded, so we had to do that before using it. Additionally, for improved safety—especially for seniors—it would be great if the tub in the master bathroom had an anti-slip mat and/or a handle. Despite these small concerns, we still recommend this place if...

”We were very well served by Dave and his home. It has everything that you need… even crocs for going to the hot tub. I would agree that it is a bit tired but very homely and suited us perfectly. It’s in a quiet area a few minutes drive out of Golden with deer all around.”

”This was an awesome place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone. The views are phenomenal and Robin is great to deal with. We will definitely be back”

”We were on a ski trip with seven guys. Valhalla was the perfect Spot. 10 minutes to Golden and 20 to Kicking Horse. The view is awesome. We will try and come back.”

”There were 18 of us ranging from 7 to 70 and renting both Monashee & Valhalla worked great for our large group. It was handy having the 2 kitchens and 8 bedrooms. We were able to move both picnic tables together on one patio to form a large gathering area for meals, games and just visiting. Would definitely rent again.”

”Stayed for a couple of night’s in advance of our son’s wedding which was held locally. After having already spent 5 nights on the road mainly in hotel rooms it was a relief to relax in the comfort of the Tamarack Suite. It is handy to downtown and local attractions but feels like you are in the woods. Definitely recommend staying here! ”
