”The jacuzzi was excellent great after long trip in the truck”

”Clean room, Staff was very on point. QUITE. They had a front and good size parking lot in the back, both well lit. Didn't do breakfast there, however the set up was taken care of and clean. Lot of restaurants like Cracker Barrel and McDonald's you can walk to. Many more dining options just a short drive away. They are in the process of updating, but everything is contained. I would stay again.”

”Breakfast was not as expected, front desk staff was not helpful, and electricity was off during our stay (with 4 young kids). Electricity being put was no fault of the hotel, but there was no offer of any form of compensation.”

”We stay here every year on our way to vacation. Staff, rooms everything is excellent!! Let me just say the beds and the showers are above and beyond expectations!!”

”The property was new and spotless. It had everything we needed but the beds were not too comfortable and the shower had low pressure and it was impossible to control the temperature. An interesting experience for one night. Probably worth paying for the fire pit and Adirondack chairs so you have space to hang out”

”The hotel appeared older, but it was very clean. The sofa in the room was probably older too, but it was much more comfortable than the sofas I’ve had at newer Marriots. The staff was excellent, extremely friendly and helpful.”

”The hotel has seen better days, but is not awful. It is good place to spend a few days in the area. Solid three to four stars IF you stay on the ground floor. Ask for Ms. Tasha at the front desk, as she is absolutely EXCELLENT at her job! Tasha is professional and extremely helpful. She also knows the Rocky Mount area, so she can recommend great places to eat. The Waffle House right next door is good! Make sure Jahvon is on the grill. That fella can make a great steak omelet!”

”The location was a perfect stop over for our 2 day journey. Room was nice, included a little kitchenette . Clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was too soft for my taste, but still enjoyed the sleepover.”

”The elevator was suspect thought you wouldn’t make it out alive. The included breakfast was not what it was before years ago when I stayed. But overall the staff was friendly and the place smelled amazing”

”Love the area and love the staff but the place needs work. Tooooo many stains on the furniture and the carpet, I was scared to walk barefoot. Was disappointed in the pool not working, although we were offered to use the amenities across the from us in another facility. The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. I just ask that the company take time out to renovate so we are not disappointed in the end. Happy I was able to be in the same hotel with family and the breakfast area was a plus...

”Worst stay ever at Red Roof this hotel should be closed and remodeled, needs better housekeeping staff, and Should guarantee Privacy from their guests who live there, from bothering other guests for rides ect....just weird photo shows how housekeeping left my room when I requested clean sheets DAMN Shame”

”Our room had not been cleaned before our arrival. It was obvious that sheets and pillowcases had not been changed from prior guests. Went to housekeeping and they gave us clean linens so we could make up our beds and told us to leave the dirty linens outside our door. The dirty linens were still laying in the hallway when we left about 9 the next morning. We had reserved to stay here overnight on our return trip but cancelled and booked another hotel.”
