”We had a wonderful one night stay in this beautiful chateaux after finishing up our cruise. The romantic room was gorgeous! Very comfortable bed, beautiful river view. I wish the menu had been bigger but the food was very good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.”
”I really love this hotel. It is part of the Contact chain of hotels. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The public tram is only a few minutes from the hotel. Parking is easy and free.
There is no laundry facility in this room, though Expedia lists it as one of the amenities. There is a laundromat in the shopping mall close by.
Overall, La Provencale is great value for the money. ”

The owners are friendly without being intrusive and the breakfast was very good, everything fresh and served in lovely surroundings.The bed was the most comfortable of our whole trip and the bathroom rain shower was great. It has a relaxed vibe and in a great area for exploring Bordeaux. This is somewhere we would definitely return to when we do another trip to Bordeaux.
