âI was robbed by a group of men while unknowingly traveling in the bad area of medellin. The owner and his staff helped my contact my family and associates as well as make safe travel accomedations back home. The service here is life saving quality. 11/10â
âEl hotel acogedor, bueno y las ĂĄreas limpias, lo que no me gusto: deberĂan limpiar las habitaciones todos los dĂas o colocar suficientes toallas y papel sanitario en las habitaciones. Solo tuvimos una toalla por persona para toda una semana, hubo que pedir papel sanitario en dos ocasiones y el desayuno considero deberĂa ser mĂĄs temprano, todo lo demĂĄs estuvo excelente. â
âThis place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star! â
âWhat a fabulous hotel! I travel a lot (weekly) and stay at lots of business chain hotels and was a little nervous about staying at an independent hotel at a relatively low rate but was super impressed with everything. The hotel has breathtaking views at each landing, is close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant is great. Simple food but served with a smile. English was limited but it all worked. I rarely write reviews but loved this place!â
