”Rommet vi fikk fungerte ikke som lovet og til tross for at vi hadde leid tre netter flyttet vi etter en natt og bestilte nytt hotell i samråd med hotelleier og hotels.com. Men det endte med at hotellet ikke betalte tilbake de to nettene og hotels.com svarte ikke på skriftlig klage til ledelsen. Vi endte opp med å betale for to hoteller de siste to nettene. Skikkelig elendig opplevelse. Så uproft.”

”Plan Sea was a great find for us. We loved everything about the room and location. It’s location minutes from Santa Margherita Ligure made it easy to enjoy the areas offering. It’s a short walk to a water taxi which we took to San Furtusso and Portofino. It’s also a great walk to Portofino with many beaches and great sights along the way. Our hosts were so accommodating with a great breakfast every morning and advice on how to plan our days. ”
