”For sure once real luxury but now fairly out-of-date. A/C was not even trying to help, elevator was not functioning during the whole busy eastern weekend. Breakfast was a battle for the last toast :) Beautiful building though and the piccolos were professional and helpful. But no value for the money, unfortunately. Stay somewhere else and pay separately for the infinity pool if that is what you appreciate. The view is of course spectacular <3”

”Kaikki sujui hienosti. Hyvä hotelli erinomaisella paikalla Rapallon keskustassa. Meillä oli parvekehuone merinäköalalla, jota suosittelen. Henkilökunta yllätti synttäriaamuna laululla, tähtisuihkulla ja leivoksella. ”

”Verzorgd en netjes. Zeer ruime kamer en erg grote badkamer. Unieke locatie en gebouwen. Vriendelijk personeel. Individueel regelbare airco en goede WiFi. Kamers werden dagelijks zeer grondig gepoetst. Alle handdoeken werden telkens ververst, dat was wat overbodig. Het “zwembad” was een tegenvaller. In de rotsen uitgekapt, met zeewater wat er instroomt. Algen op de grond en glibberige trappen om in te gaan. Daarnaast veel vuil (alleen/mos) in het water. En dat voor 25€ per dag per persoon...

”The hotel and staff were great from the very first time we entered. Gian Paolo at the reception was all smiles from arrival to departure! Since arriving to Santa Margherita we knew we wanted to stay there longer than planned and Gian Paolo made some arrangements to make that happen for us. We got great restaurant recommendations and magnificent service through our 3 night stay. The hotel itself was also beautiful. We had our own rooftop balcony in our room and the roof swimming pool/jacuzzi area...

”la location est située à proximité d'autoroute, donc impossible de dormir! la wifi ne fonctionnait pas, de plus cela m'a été facturé 150 euros alors que c'était prévu 135, je n'ai vérifié malheureusement qu'à postériori, dommage car l'accueil était sympa, de plus le numéro communiqué ne fonctionnait pas depuis l'Italie”
