”The hotel and staff were great from the very first time we entered. Gian Paolo at the reception was all smiles from arrival to departure! Since arriving to Santa Margherita we knew we wanted to stay there longer than planned and Gian Paolo made some arrangements to make that happen for us. We got great restaurant recommendations and magnificent service through our 3 night stay. The hotel itself was also beautiful. We had our own rooftop balcony in our room and the roof swimming pool/jacuzzi area...

”The reception official vere hiding in the back office when we arrived at 2 p.m. We had to wait 5 minutes. There was no possibility to leave our post cards to the reseption. We tried to get in to the hotel restaurant but it was fully booked for a group. So we used a pizzeria nearby. In general the hotel works well and is clean, only some small things could be better. ”
