”The staff was quiet and straight to the point. Wasn’t overly that friendly. We booked a 2 queen room non smoking for 2 adults and 2 kids. Check in: they couldn’t find my reservation so I had to get with expedias tech support to help get this resolved. They did however end up resolving it fairly quick.
