”The welcome was good (the staff are lovely) and the room clean, spacious, comfortable and with plenty of facilities. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace, with cushions and blankets to borrow, if needed and a honesty system for drinks. They made arrangements for our dietary requirements. Located close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again”

”This is a new hotel so the facilities are in great condition. The room was huge, with an additional outdoor shower and a great view. Dinner (steak) was outstanding.
Only thing to watch out for is the road getting to the hotel. Watch out for the potholes and stray animals. ”

”What an amazing place, Mpongo Premier Game Reserve is the best. The Manager Pieter made sure that our stay is pleasant. From Reception the welcoming was excellent. Johannes the Ranger gave us tutorials about the Game Reserve thank you very much. The food was wonderful Breakfast was exquisite ”

”This team never ceases to amaze me! Exceptional service is what stands out about the Premier Hotel ICC. From the front desk, Bradley who heads up Guest Relations, Pumla and Anita at the bar/restaurant and the whole hospitality team. This hotel feels like home because of the friendly and effective team. Highly recommend! ”

”It was really fun, we enjoyed our stay there, the reception was s friendly and the breakfast was really good. The rooms were neatly tidied. We got lost in trying to find our room on arrival, and asking from the cleaners that were not as friendly was not nice at all. Over and above all we had great time. Thank you ”

”OUTSTANDING, is the word to describe our experience. From the moment we arrived until we drove out of the gate we were treated extremely well. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to an ocean view. The room was very spacious and came with all of the usual amenities. Breakfast was fabulous and was cooked to order from three choices. Yogurt, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, muffins coffee and tea were also offered. The General Manager is a real hands on person and deserves recognition for making our stay...
