”Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

”Aurora Inn is a very historic hotel in the heart of Cleveland. We loved staying here when visiting family in the area. There's a beautiful Tavern with outdoor deck. We loved having the indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor deck chairs to relax.
I'd recommend staying here an using the Expedia site to book. I saved over $100/night using Expedia site.”

”Location was good. We were not impressed with the hotel. Our bed linens had blood stains on them which was discussing. The chain lock on our door was broken so we only had the bolt to lock us in. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The shower dispenser did not offer shower soap only shampoo & two conditioners. We could smell cigarette smoke throughout our stay coming from a near by smoker. Ok breakfast but not impressed with the condition of our room.”

”Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.”

”Person next door was likely selling drugs out of his room. People were coming and going every few minutes till 2:30 am. Party in hall till 2:30 am. Only good thing I can say was bed was comfortable. But mostly we did not feel safe!! We pilled everything we could in front of the door to build a barricade. Didn’t even feel safe leaving with the people in the hall.”

”When we arrived to our room we pulled the cover down and the sheets were covered in black curly hairs. Proceeded to go to front desk (10pm) and was told the maid went home so the best they could do was give me clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Did not offer to come and change and there was two people at the desk. Horrible customer service. Will not ever return.”
