”The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay.”

”Very comfortable and clean room. We slept well, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the room was easy to control. Our check-in was seamless. I wanted more places to hang towels and washcloths, but the bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. We will stay here again if we are in the area.”

”I killed a bug in my room! I used to stay here as a teenager and now I'm in my 70s and this place has not changed. No way to keep food cold. No way to heat food up. No carpet on the floor. No hair dryer. No tissues. People smoking all over the outside. Butts on the ground.
The Staff was very nice and it is a good place to stay if all you need to do is sleep. I was hardly there so it was fine.”
