Summary:
Family holidays will be enjoyed close to the river, the beach, and within walking distance to Goolwa Town Centre. Take a stroll along the wharf area and meander through the markets or enjoy a meal or drink at one of the waterside cafes or restaurants.

The Space:
Enter into the open plan lounge and breakfast area with split system air-conditioning. The kitchen is off the breakfast area and includes a fridge, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine and cooking utensils.

At one end of the home is a large bedroom with a queen bed, a desk, and an extra lounge. There is storage on the clothing rack and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Bedroom two and three both have a queen bed, ceiling fan and a clothing rack.
Bedroom four includes 2 king single beds and a ceiling fan.

Separate toilet
Bathroom with shower and vanity.
Laundry with washing machine.
Off the laundry is a large family room with dining suite for eight people, two lounges, TV, books, games and glass doors to the outside patio area. This room is also air-conditioned.

Enjoy a BBQ under the covered pergola or play a game of cricket on the lawn in the fenced back yard.
Outdoor spa is NON OPERATIONAL & cannot be used.
Car parking under carport – Garage not available for guest use.

"The Beach house was wonderful. The location was ideal and was in walking distance to Goolwa. It was on a quiet street with plenty of parking.
The house was tastefully furnished with lots of added extras to make it feel like home, the beds were very comfortable with lovely furnishings. There was ample space for larger groups. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments. The outside entertaining area was magnificent, comfy setting and a fire pit for cooler nights.
The shower pressure was fabulous. The extra dining room was a real bonus and again beautifully decorated with quality furniture.
We really couldn’t fault the place and the price and we would definitely like to go back next year as we enjoyed our 2 nights away, next time we will go for longer.
And forgot to mention the communication from Harcourts was exceptional. Plenty of updates."
