”The room was clean and cool. The staff was friendly, however, I wasn’t aware that the pool was closed before I booked my room. That was a real bummer for me. I wish I would’ve been told ahead of time at least. The sign on our level said we had an ice maker down the hallway, and when I checked there was just an empty room where apparently an ice machine once was?! Other than that, the room was great. It was very spacious and comfy!”

”Clean, well-appointed room (ours had a view of the water) which was a good value for the money spent. We found the bed very comfortable and the air conditioner kept us cool. Blue Wave is just across the street from Rockport Beach, and you can walk there if you wait patiently for the traffic (crossing like this recommnded for adults only). Management was very friendly and helpful during check-in, and check-out was easy. We will stay there again !”
