”Great hotel! Clean and efficient would be nice though if they had hot breakfast available included”

”If you don’t expect much you won’t be disappointed not much light in the room bed lumpy and uncomfortable no breakfast and no pool. For the price what do you expect”

”Honestly it was a good hotel for the price! The staff was amazing, especially considering that our stay was so last minute. We came in looking for a safe place during Isaias, and even though the lobby was closed originally, when we called ahead to see if they had any way to allow us to go ahead and book for the night, the gentleman was kind enough to leave what I can only assume was his own room to unlock the lobby and was willing to even help us book then. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but...

”Excellent customer service ”

”Excellent stay at the Osceola. The owner and staff are passionate about giving guests the best experience possible. The building also looks great. Anyone visiting should stay there!”

”Mold on the ceiling, loud music coming from the room next to us late into the night”

”The room and hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful as well.”

”room was clean an fresh, excellent staff great customer service. Kitchen and parking was great”

”### ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 Stars – Disappointing Stay, Room Needs Maintenance My overall stay was average at best. While the hotel had some positives, several issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected. The food was bland and lacked flavor. The shower experience was horrible, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance. The main bathtub faucet was hanging out of the wall, and the bottom portion of the bathroom door was falling apart. These are things that should have been addressed before...

”Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fine, but nothing special. The shower was weak and had a loose cover plate on the tub faucet (rm 207). The room and the entire hotel smelled heavily of perfume maybe? Or an air freshener that made me think they were trying to hide something. The coffee was good, but I wasn't a fan of the food. Overall just good.”

”Staff was friendly but the property was infested with roaches I noticed they had bait traps out for them so I believe they are trying to get rid of them but my first room I seen about ten of the in like the first minute so I switch rooms but it was the same in that room hopefully they can get the bugs under control soon”

”Very nice place”
