”Have stayed in Upington several times before but first time we have stayed at Browns Manor. Fully deserves 4 star rating. A green oasis in the Kalahari - massive koi carp a reap bonus. Staff really kind and helpful. Nice clean pool with shaded area and loungers. Good quality breakfast included.”

”The property is right on the north bank of the Orange River, and offers fantastic views and of course Augrabies National Park. The staff is friendly and informative. We got excellent information from them on the history and economy of the region and on how to access the Riemvasmaak hot springs, including by the spectacular route to its west (4x4 only) through the Vredensvallei canyon.”

Our shower drain was clogged but the staff was super quick to address it and even comped our dinner as a result. The customer service was suburb and the room service was spectacular.
