”We had a wet room as en suite, and like most wet rooms, it smelt damp. The breakfast was self service and poorly stocked. We had to get an off duty member of staff to help after waiting 15 minutes on a tight schedule for someone to arrive to provide crockery and cutlery. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. For the cost to the room for the night, I did not feel our experience was good value for money.”

”A small pub and hotel with very nice ambience and rooms. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and a cozy lounge. Single paned windows let in some road noise and chill.”

”Just doe a night it was ok. There are lots of little things that just need a little attention to smarten up the hotel and make the experience a better for guests. Staff are helpful but seem a little complacent that’s how things are. Eg. Hotel rubbish outside in the walkway between the two car parks where staff also have a ‘smoking table’ with lots of ash, rubbish on the flat roof outside our window, mould on our window frame, sheet was too small for our bed frame and didn’t tuck in, fire door...
