”I had a room on I-85 side. The morning traffic noise at 6 AM was quite loud waking me up on both mornings.”

”Unfortunately the property was running without a manager. When arriving we were given a room key, but there was someone already in that room. Then the next room the one bed was used. The staff did apologize about the inconvenience The shuttle was great and timely for pick up and drop off”

”Carpets throughout were stained, sheers in room were torn and room very tired. Clean but in need up updating. Disappointing overall for the price of the room. Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. ”

”The rooms would need to be updated and my bathroom light was broken. The breakfast did’t have a lot of selection so the buffet breakfast was a dissapointment. The location is excellent if you are going to Lenovo Arena.”

”Hotel is nasty, it needs to be renovated. The ceilings had mildew on them and a lot of dust throughout the hallways. The staff at the front desk are crooks.”

”Staff was excellent!! I made last minute reservations and the lady was so sweet and got me in a room within 10-15 minutes! Room was very clean and comfortable! Loved every second being there!”

”When I fly out of RDU, I always stay here, either before my flight or after. Some would say it needed updates but I'm not picky; it's very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to check-in and airport shuttle employees--always great service, I really appreciate them! I usually skip breakfast and sleep in so I can't say anything about it. I like leaving my car there and taking the shuttle to the airport, no hassles. I fully recommend this hotel.”

”The breakfast served the same products all four days we were there. Also there were no milk or yogurt alternatives for dairy free guests. The bananas were not ripe. Another issue was that the cleaner was moping the floor with a pungent smelling cleaner the whole time we were eating which was just nasty.”
