”Parking was great, wifi worked well. Room was nice and clean just had a bit of an odd smell. But nonetheless had a great stay.”

”This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.”

”The Inn is charming and in a great location. We stayed in the main house and were very at home. Breakfast in the morning was superb; the housekeeping and cooking were excellent. I definitely will stay again when I am in Amherst. ”

”Second time at this hotel since November. Staff is pleasant. The room is clean and I appreciate that. I did not have body wash provided in my room, and used bar soap, which I dislike. In November the pool was cold. This visit I was informed that the hot tub wasn't working, so I did not use the pool. Parking is safe and easy. The access to the hotel from Rt 116 is easy, finding it from Russell St is a little challenge. ”

”The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

”Found dead flies in the beds and the sheets were stained. I would not expect much from an inexpensive room but I do expect it to be clean.”

”Great property with amazing staff. Close to Smith and in an historic area. Lots of great dining options, places to walk, close to everything. Easy check in and out, free parking, and good breakfast. ”
