Welcome to our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment LUBECA. It features a combined living and dining area with a cozy sitting corner, flat-screen TV, stereo system, a dining table with four chairs, and a new, well-equipped modern kitchenette including a dishwasher and oven. The adjacent bedrooms are separated from the living area by sliding doors. The main bedroom offers a double bed and a sideboard with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and a small chest of drawers. A spacious wardrobe provides ample storage. The bathroom includes a modern shower, a washbasin with cabinet, and a heated towel rail. The toilet is in a separate room with a hand basin. The hallway has a wardrobe, shoe cabinet, and a large mirror. The east-facing loggia invites you to enjoy a relaxing breakfast with mountain and forest views in summer, with folding table and lounge chairs.



Free parking is available right in front of the house. An elevator provides barrier-free access to the apartment on the third floor. Our apartment is in a well-maintained holiday park directly by the forest. Despite the quiet location with no through traffic, the town center is only 800 m away, and in winter, the cross-country ski trail is about 50 m away. The holiday park offers a mini-golf course (for an extra charge), table tennis, outdoor fitness equipment, a low ropes course, and an adventure playground.
