- Guests will need to fill out and send the required HOA registration to the Guest Contact no later than 4 days prior to arrival. Once registration has been processed by the HOA, guests will receive a registration number that is required to check in at the security gate located off Phillips Road. Guests will need to notify the Guest Contact immediately if any guests have changed, as those not on the list will not be allowed through the gate
- Per HOA rules, only guests that are listed in the Rental Application will be allowed to enter the community with a strict maximum occupancy
- Access to the community amenities requires an additional fee paid on-site
- This property offers a wood-burning fireplace. The other fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use
- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras located around the perimeter of the house. The cameras face the driveway, fire pit area, front, back, and both sides of the home. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras do not actively record video or sound while guests are in residence
