🔒 Security Protection

To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees lower for guests, your reservation already includes a damage waiver at no additional cost. This covers up to $1,000 in accidental damage during your stay.

For guests who prefer, we can instead replace the included waiver with a $1,000 refundable security deposit, which is fully returned after checkout if no damage occurs.

No additional payment or action is required unless you specifically prefer the refundable deposit option. If so, just send us a message after booking and we`ll be happy to arrange it for you.
