Tervetuloa Unicorn Cay'lle Eleutheran saarella kuvernöörin satamassa. "Paikka, jossa maaginen varmasti yksisarviset voisivat elää täällä."
Tämä ylellinen rantahotelli Estate istuu 12 aaria 450 jalkaa vaaleanpunainen hiekkaranta. Unicorn Cay rakensi kuuluisa Englanti kirjailija ja tutkimusmatkailija, Rosita Forbes. Se perustuu tyyliin Ranskan Chateaux täydellinen sisäpihan ja eteinen tukena torneineen.

Koti oli hiljattain kauniisti kunnostettu säilyttäen alkuperäisen Abaco mänty lattiat, puutöitä, ja natiivi kivi. Keskeisellä sisäpihalla on katettu terassi, jolta on näkymä lämmitetylle uima-altaalle. Allas on lämmitetty talvikuukausina. Kukin neljä makuuhuonetta on oma sisäänkäynti pihalta. Päälliköllä on myös pääsy kirjastosta. Suuri gourmet keittiö on varustettu kaksinkertainen Sub-Zero jääkaappi, sähköliesi alkuun ja valikoima, kahvi nurkka, kerääminen saari, ja kaikki pienet laitteet ja välineet, jotka voit ajatella. Koti tarjoaa myös muodollisen ruokasali, iso suuri huone käsityönä pähkinä baari, pesula, kirjasto, ja media huone. Lukuisat ympäröivä kuistit ja kuuluvat terassit tarjoavat viehättävä alueita aamukahville tai iltapäivän seurusteluun.

Unicorn Cay vaaleanpunainen hiekkaranta ulottuu 450 jalkaa. Riutat ovat lähellä helposti snorklausta. Voisit kävellä kilometrikaupalla kumpaankin suuntaan etsivät ranta aarteita tai vain nauttia uskomattomat näkymät. Tämä ranta on yksi kauneimmista saarella. Kajakkeja, stand up mela levyt, ja snorkkeli vaihde ovat kaikki tarkoitettu oman nautinnon.

Palvelut: Siivouspalvelu tarjotaan ennen saapumista, lähdön jälkeen ja kerran keskellä viikkoa. (Vähintään 7 yötä tarvitaan keski-viikon puhdistukseen.) Lisäsiivous palvelut voidaan järjestää. Golfkärryt on tarkoitettu käytettäväksi kiinteistön sisällä. Lisäksi varakierros ja säiliö tarjoavat apuvälineitä, kun sähkö ja vesi menevät saarelle. (Tämä on yhteinen kokemus saarella.)

Hinnat: Perushinta 4375 dollaria (7 yötä) sisältää päärakennuksen ja päällikön vuokrauksen. Päärakennus koostuu keittiö, ruokasali, suuri huone, kirjasto / media, pesutupa, kuistit ja piha allasalue. Mukana on myös pääsy Unicorn Cay Beach ja käyttöä golfkärry sisällä omaisuutta. Jokainen ylimääräinen vieras on 50 dollaria, joten päällikkö ja kaikki 3 ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta (8 vieras) hinta on 6475 dollaria viikossa. (7 yötä).

Best place to stay on Eleuthera!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable to live in. The beds/linens were comfortable. The house has an RO system for drinking water/ice, generator, and caretaker car rental. The beach was amazing!!! The hosts were both lovely, accommodating people!! Thank you for letting us into your home!

Fun and easy access to beach—-golf carts available. Owner was helpful in every way. lots of good restaurants near by and some on the beach. House was very beautiful and kitchen well equipped. Would certainly go back.

Unbelievable! Home was beautiful and offered plenty of space. Views from veranda were postcard perfect. We loved being able to come back to the pool after the beach. Absolutely amazing!

This place was over the top! It had everything we needed and so much more! Jane was super helpful but never intrusive. The pool was the highlight of our daughter’s vacation. We did have our 3 year old stay in the master with us so she wasn’t on the other side of the pool, but there’s so much space it wasn’t an issue at all. The grandparents certainly appreciated the privacy (and quiet) of having their room separated from the main house by the courtyard/pool. We can’t wait to go back!

We found the Unicorn

Unicorn Cay was a elegant property. From the gated private pool in the courtyard, to the terrace views of the ocean, to the player piano in the huge ballroom with a bar you felt like you were in a high end hotel. The decor pays tribute to the 1940s when it was built but it still has all the amenities that you would expect of a modern property today. Jane could not have been more helpful or responsive. The whole family can’t wait until we visit again.

Family Summer Get away

This was a fabulous relaxing trip. The pictures and description did not do the home justice, it exceeded all expectations. The home was located centrally on the island and allowed us to explore. The beach was the softest I’ve ever set foot on, water warm and clear. Jane was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. This vacation has made us life long fans of Unicorn Cay, Jane and Eleuthera, we can’t wait to go back.

An amazing week in paradise

Everything was perfect about our week at Unicorn Cay. The Snyder's were the best hosts! They were so kind, helpful and receptive to questions that we had. And the house is absolutely amazing - even better than the photos shown online. It was adequately stocked with supplies, so we didn't have to travel or buy things like spices, oils or soap. The great room was a wonderful place for our family to spend each evening for our nightly chess tournaments. I had researched the Beach and Snorkel book before to make plans for exploring the island, but once we saw the beach (that is accessible via a short golf cart ride) we decided that we didn't need to explore anywhere else. It was a perfect beach where rarely another person was seen, and a perfect beach for long walks. At first I thought I would regret not being right ON the beach, but being up on the hill provided a beautiful view (and you could still hear the ocean from outside). And having the pool to cool off in after a day at the beach was a perfect ending to the day. Additionally, many beach "toys" and floats were required, so you don't have to worry about packing pool floats or shovels for the kids. We didn't want to leave this magical vacation villa, and hope that we can someday return. Thanks for a memorable birthday week and for providing us with family memories that will never be forgotten.

Beyond our expectations

Unicorn Cay is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. We had a family of 7 (5 young adult children) and we all had plenty of space and every amenity imaginable. The location was perfect and the short golf cart ride to the beach was so fun! We loved the beach so much we did not go to other beaches. The pool was a wonderful way to end the day and the chefs kitchen was put to good use with an amazing local chef. Jane was so very helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. This was truly the best vacation our family has had and this home itself was as much of a vacation as the island! Thank you Jane and Scott. We will be back.

Amazing property

This was our first trip to Eleuthera, and we loved it. The house is amazing, and the beach was world class. We saw so many amazing fish and coral snorkeling behind the house. Scott and Jane are great hosts and were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect birthday getaway

I booked Unicorn Cay as a surprise birthday getaway for my wife. 5 friends joined us. It was perfect. Starting with the booking, Jane and Scott were responsive to my questions and helped me refine the details of our stay. The home is historical and impressive. The pool in the middle of the courtyard was naturally our central gathering spot. Each suite enjoyed wonderful privacy. It is super easy to get to the beach. Everything about the home made for a most memorable trip!

Epic house

I cannot say enough about how incredible this property is! Every time I walked through the great room (living room) I felt like I was walking through the hotel lobby in a White Lotus episode. The master bedroom and bathroom are almost too large, haha. The beach straight down in front is great and if you walk down the beach to the right you’ll hit the cutest little cove that feels straight out of some shipwreck movie. Do not miss French Leave Beach! It’s about 5-10 mins up the road towards town and I think the best beach day we had. We tried going south to Lighthouse Beach, but Disney has bought the whole southern tip and it’s now shut off to tourists. Super bummer. Honestly, after some exploration to other beaches on the Caribbean side (which we thought we’d prefer) we realized we had the best spot. This house is absolutely epic on a beautiful property with A++ beaches. Not to be missed.

Even Better Than Expected!!!

We loved our stay at Unicorn Cay so much that we have already rebooked it for next year!!! This is our third time on Eleuthera and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The house exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful and so well stocked. Jane, the host, is the best!! She greeted us when we arrived and was always just a text away.
