”Nice place but a little odd. Has a sauna. No hot tub, no pool, just a sauna. It’s a drive up park outside of your room motel. Rooms are nice but small. Have to go to the bar for ice. A fire pit outside would be awesome. Overall a nice place. Would probably go again.”

”I really don't want to say anything bad but my room was not kept up one day the towels were left stacked on the sink one day the bed was not made the tub still had hair in it I pored the coffee in the sink and the coffee stain was still there the day I left there was a bug killed by the TV and a spider web above my bed was still there when I left and the guys that did the AC units left sticky foot prints in my room they still might be there so it says no body mopped or vacuum the room 😢 sorry i...

”When we travel to Florida this property is our first overnight stay. We travel with our Golden Retriever, room is always clean beds are comfortable and the staff is always friendly. Stayed on February 28th on the way down and May 9th on the way back. We have done this for 7 years now. Mac’s restaurant is right next door for an added bonus!”

”Due to the delay of an AA flight, we did not connect to the flight from CLT. To JAN. Had to find a hotel for one night at the last minutes. Sheraton airport hotel seems to be the right choice. However the pool was closed in the morning. Although the bed is comfortable but the room is dark, furniture’s are outdated. Overall needs renovations.”

”I wanna begin this review by saying that GWL Concord would probably be a really nice property for families with children, as long as the adults are OK with slumming it a little bit, every child we saw there was having an incredible time.
1. Information- we called a few times leading up to our stay to confirm, property details and policy. When we arrived, we were informed that all of that was incorrect and the phone team is often wrong, but we made all of our travel plans around that team...

”I have never left earlier before from any hotel in the past, and from this one I did, I can't stay in there where the Marijuana smell was so strong that I was getting sick and my mother as well, the night shift staff was very rude to me when my key stop working and I went to reception to request the service of repair she even rolled her eyes on me and only make one key work, breakfast was the only thing I can say was ok, and clean! But besides that everything else, the ice machine not working...

”Queen beds were more like full size beds.
Also HOW GROSS that the coffee maker, cups and ice bucket included in your room are located in the bathroom on the lower shelf under bathroom sink right next to the toilet . Very unsanitary, we did use. Property itself other than that was decent.”
