”We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

”The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. This makes me not want to stay here again, despite the impressive cleanliness. The windows did open, but only one stayed open on its own. The blackout / privacy curtains were not designed to close and the thin curtains were not enough to insure privacy, had to change in the bathroom. I was able to charge...

”So outdated. The shower pressure, the popcorn ceiling, the yellow walls! 400 a night is a disgrace.”

”I mentioned to the Avon Old Farm Hotel staff that I was very disappointed with the many malfunctions, including: the desk phone had no power, the TV wasn't connected, so Netflix wasn't available. They charge me more than what was expected in my itinerary sum total was suppose to be $239. Not $280. They need to reimburse all of my payments.”

”I was most impressed with the manager of this establishment, When I had a concern, he replied immediately. The staff was very conscientious, and I was quite impressed with this hotel.”

”The room was quite dirty. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and the walls and ceiling had mold. The shampoo was never replaced and was used. The room had a musty smell. Beds were okay and clean. Carpet must have been dirty as our socks were black. Across the street from an airport. The hotel is a direct path for a runway, so very loud.”
