- The apartment on the 1st floor is approximately 67 m² in size

- Additionally, a converted attic with a dormer window and approximately 30 m² of floor space is available

- Cozy living area with maritime-themed decor, featuring a 50" smart TV, Blu-ray player, and built-in radio

- High-speed broadband connection / high-speed Wi-Fi available

- A separate bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and an all-in-one music system

- Another sleeping area with a 140 cm x 200 cm sofa bed is located in the open-concept maisonette, which can be accessed via the stairs in the living room.

- The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove (including an oven), a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.

- The tiled bathroom, which receives natural light, features both a shower and a bathtub. The bathroom is heated by underfloor heating. A washing machine is available.

- A furnished balcony of approx. 9 m² facing west is also part of the apartment

- All windows are equipped with electric exterior roller shutters

- Three bicycles (2x 28" bikes and one 26" bike) are included (use at your own risk)
