”You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

”The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.”

”Our experience at Royal West Indies Resort was beyond superior. From the moment we exited our cab ride to the time we left was above and beyond any trip we have taken in our 45 years together. Tushay, Sherman, Kendro we're always smiling, asking what they could do for us, good morning, good afternoon and good evening everyday. We have traveled a lot in the past but never experienced such a warm, caring, concerned, helpful and heartfelt love at this resort.
We will be back and will only stay...

”Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience.”
