”The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds and well-kept, spacious bathrooms. Breakfast is included and offers a nice variety of hot and cold options.
The downside was the location of our room; we were on the first floor, and both nights the loud noise from people partying outside- voices and music going late made it difficult for us to sleep. If you book here, I would recommend requesting a room farther from the street level to avoid the noise.
Aside from that, it was a good stay.”

”Please read carefully, one portion of the property is a hostel and the other portion is a hotel.
I accidently booked a hostel room, thankfully I was able to upgrade to a regular room. This is in east Austin, there is a lot of night life in this area, so do keep that in mind as well.
I was grateful that I was able to upgrade my room, I understood the price discrepancy was my fault and didn't mind any increase in the price, I understood it was short notice. However there was unnecessary...

”The place was really clean and the breakfast was actually really good!
I did wake up to a 7am fire alarm and the people next doors kids were loud af on top of the noisy AC, but I paid $65 so I cant complain lol
Front desk was great and the breakfast was legit and it was clean af so thats all that matters and can be controlled by the staff.”

”Ok si when checking in I would rate the staff horrible. But the next day with different staff they were incredible. However there was a terrible ringing in the bathroom Then a dog didn’t stop barking. Altogether it was not a great stay. But I think the staff who corrected the terrible attitude of check in.”

The whole feel of this place was private through and through. Well designed with thought and purpose, they did a great job compacting such a beautiful space into an area that didn’t feel small with tall walls and shotgun style room that felt very very comfortable This is my stay now every time I come back to Austin.
