”Night Stand had something sticky on it, one of the pillows had something on it. the A/C was not working properly you had to set it really low to get it to the desired temp. only ice machine on the 1st floor. there wasn't any soaps for the shower, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. the one we stayed in on the 27th in jonesboro had all of this and more. complimintary breakfast needs to be expanded would rather pay for McDonalds.”

”No coffee in the rooms no more. Went to lobby, no coffee. Breakfast, well not much biscuits and watery gravy, just plain, no sausage. Filled out coffee cups up, but our creamer in and took a sip,,STONE COLD😡The wife had to climb stairs to get a bucket of ice. We're both seniors, we don't do stairs no more. Carpet was dirty, stained both in room and hallway. We didn't check out the pool”
