”Don’t book here honestly UNLESS you’re desperate. Should have stayed at the Best Western across the street. Well….i booked 2 rooms for work and employees. My first impression walking in was a police officer talking to management about an incident. Then another customer asking for a refund since their room was gross. I haven’t even checked in yet at this point. My key card didn’t work at first. And there is a MASSIVE mold stain on the ceiling in the first floor hallway. This is all before I got...

”When I booked, I didn't realize that the rooms are outside the hotel. I was traveling with 3 special needs children. I felt so unsafe. I booked 2 rooms but the children could just the door and walked outside! It looked like a motel! The stairs were scaring and”

”Nice clean room. Renovated. Bathroom was well stocked with an excellent shower with great waterpressure. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good AC which kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. Only suggestion is maybe an additional trash container.”

”Staff is very friendly and helpful. They ran out of towels which was unfortunate. Upon arrival, one of the beds had hair all over the bedspread and the floor was not very clean. There were cobwebs on the lights and the water pressure was limited.”

”Nightware experience. Staff friendly but lied to my face. Booked a handicapped room and did not get till last nights stay, had to shower in different room. Expedia was no help. Breafast was ok. Pool was closed, ahower head in my last night room was broken, plugs in first room did not work, only got a shower when i treatened to remove batthroom door myself.”

”The staff was great. The bedding had blood stains and not clean even after asking for more. The beds were absolutely terrible.. felt like sleeping on a slab of rock. The shower was dirty and had absolutely no pressure. Very disappointed and thank goodness we only had to stay for one night!”

”This hotel was a good place to sleep. The staff was friendly and check in was quick. However it was not the cleanest room. Dirty towel was left on the shower curtain ride and I found a dirty sock as well. There also hair in the sink and bathtub. Sink water pressure was terrible and the bathtub filled to my ankle during my shower. Seems like this hotel is in much need of maintenance. Breakfast was good.”

”The hotel rooms need updated outlets and USB ports. Bathroom tub needs some maintenance. The room was ok but the kitchen area needs to be cleaned better. The floor of the elevator had something sticky spilled in it and house keeping saw it and left it. Definitely get what you pay for. It was nice that laundry was free.”

”Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

”No breakfast and I did not see the advertised hot tub. The onsite restaurant was closed and there were not many restaurants in the area.”

”Room was musty, and around 85 degrees when I checked in. There is no coffee maker in the room. No comforter on bed, just sheets and a thin blanket. No shower curtain liner, just the fabric shower curtain which drapes into the shower. Both sink and shower drained very slow. TV channels would cut out constantly. I didn't rate it 1 star because it's cheap, but you get what you pay for.”
