In the heart of the Luberon, spacious house in Grambois, private pool.

Do not be scared when you reach the house. The quite austere aspect of the house is the result of an uncommon architecture: it is built in a "fan style" facing nature so that the wonderful and charming part of the house is its garden side! Built on a 4000-m2 ground close to the nice perched village of Grambois, in a bucolic and quiet environment, but pretty close for walking to the bakery. It will be a perfect starting point to go discover the Grand Luberon, the beautiful city of Aix as well as the Haute Provence with its lavender fields and the canyon of Verdon.

INSIDE
The house is built on the same level even if you will find slight differences of levels that give it all its personality. You will find an entrance hall, a sitting room, a dining room (no door to separate these two rooms but well isolated), a pleasant kitchen with table and benches, a cellar, three bedrooms (two of them with a double bed and the other one with two single beds), a bathroom (tub + shower cabin), a WC and a study.

OUTSIDE
The outside space will be the main reason of your choice... The garden, on three levels, is nicely planted with trees. You will find a secured and isolated swimming pool on the lower level but also two terraces (one of them is covered). Finally, at the end of the garden, the very nice sight over the beautiful perched village of Grambois!

OUR OPINION
An uncommon house located in a nice environment, in the surroundings of a typical Provencal village. A stay and a house you will never forget.
